P. (Phyllothuria) cebuensis is a brownish-grey, small sea cucumber with irregular papillae [see Semper, 1868; pl. Xll, fig. 5 (colour)]. Spicules are high spired tables with several bridges. It has been recorded from Western Australia, and is poorly known.
