Phyrella trapeza

P. trapeza is a yellow-brown sea cucumber with brown tentacles. It is a small (< 50 mm), cylindrical and curved species, tapering towards the ends. It is covered with tube feet, and has 20 tentacles in two rings. Spicules are low spired tables and perforated plates (P. trapeza spicules[/l], [l]p_trapeza_spicules_2.jpgP. trapeza spicules 2[/l]). It has been dredged from [l][m]Glossary[/m][r]Shell[/r]shell and gravel.
